We are not entertaining refunds and returns.

We only accept only exchanges, that too in case of damage or wrong product delivered.

Exchanging Policy: All exchanging products will be delivered within 7 business days

For that you must have to share an unboxing/unpacking video, in which the label and packaging should be intact and visible properly. You have to share the recorded video to us on connect.shagunsarees@gmail.com for verification within 48 hours of product delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
